One simple way is only five minutes from your busy day and meditation. Naturally, the longer the better, but see, even if you can manage to grab five minutes, in your desk after the exercise session, even when you make dinner. It will do your inner and outer beauty of the world more wonderful.

Do a lot of things you enjoy. Many of us in the 50-year-old is still working hard, we often forget the importance of doing things, we love the pursuit of those hobbies, we are interested in, and the quality of spending time with friends.
When we enjoy ourselves feel good, it is conducive not only to our hearts, it is conducive to our body! When we have fun, our own manufactured hormones are anti-aging, and relieve aging hormone. So, remember to schedule at things after a period of time, your love, to strike a balance between work and play right. When you feel good, we can see that on your face.
